The best place to stay in Roma Norte! The only downside is that there is no lift but that’s not a huge deal and the street side is really loud. Staff are so lovely and the building is amazing!

Beautiful place, friendly staff, comfortable room. I hear that some people complain about noise, but we were in a room facing the interior courtyard and did not have any issues with noise. It was a please t and calm stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful and safe area, and it's super walkable to tons of restaurants and bars. Ubers were very accessible. I arrived a few hours before check-in, and the staff was kind enough to let me drop off my bags, which was a huge help. I'd seen some reviews mentioning noise, I personally found it to be quiet during my stay. The only downside was that the room and bathroom was extremely humid, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, a solid stay in a great location!

I was so excited to stay here and parts of the property are very beautiful however, during our stay, we found 3 dead cockroaches in our room. I understand this might happen due to being in the city, but it was still off putting. The staff offered a deep cleaning but I’m pretty sure they were laughing behind my back after I told them the issue. The shower could be cleaner but the room was nice. Beware of this location, it’s right next door to a club so it can get noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I definitely won’t be coming back.

I like the location it was very close to everything but what I didn’t like is that there was no water in the building for one day, and I found a huge roach behind my bed. The property was not as nice as the pictures made it seem.

Everything about the stay was fantastic! Our front desk representative, Fernanda, was very kind and helpful. The area was wonderful, amazing food and shopping options. Great for a couples trip. One minor note is that the rooms are a little small, so if you have a lot of luggage you may need to fully unpack into the wardrobe to make space.
