We stay for 4 noghts ..... 2 of those nights they were no hot water and we could not take a shower...... with all respect, idk why this hotel has high rate, its nothing really special about this hotel. The price should be less for "very average" service. I would love to share a picture of a view from my room (it would traumatized you), but inside of the hotel is better

Well designed and space efficient. I appreciate that drinking water and coffee was available all the time. Breakfast is simple and it's good enough to get your day started. The bell person who helped my luggage upon check in recommended me city tours and I'm glad that I joined !!! The tour to Teotihuacan had an amazing value and the guide was the best !!

The property was clean, friendly staff, close to everything. Good value for money. The hot water stopped a couple times in the bathroom but one call to the front desk fixed it.
