Was just here with a reservation of three nights. They only took a deposit which I was charged the day before my fist night. I was surprised I didn’t get the option to just pay my whole reservation in advance. Be careful, even with an unpaid reservation done in advance, they will try to charge you a different fee, in my case I was getting charged double the amount for the unpaid balance. During the reservation process, it only gave me the option to pay a deposit and to pay the rest at the hotel. Since I’m bilingual, I was able to talk to them and made them honor the fee on the unpaid reservation. Seems like they are trying to take advantage of the tourists. Be careful and look for another place around, there are plenty of hotels to chose from. Not to mention the rooms were very small. Just a very basic room.

My room was not cleaned well, the shower water didn’t have a lot pressure, the water kept coming and going . Was very frustrated with it. It was a loud hotel. You could hear open the doors and screams of the kids in the night. Some of the staff was nice but some were rude when I complained about the noise and asked to be moved . The only staff nicer Juan from reception he was super nice!
