There was only one outlet in the room and it was at the bathroom sink. The room was near the front desk and the employees would play loud music and sing along early in the morning. The beds were very hard. The breakfast at the restaurant was not good so we did not eat there again.

First off, the staff were very nice and helpful. But our room was very noisy, with no sound proofing. We could hear everything going on in the hallway AND the lobby AND the street right outside our room. This was a pretty big issue when someone staying down the hall was very distressed and was escorted down the hall shouting at midnight. Very few functional power outlets. None of them were grounded plugs (3 hole) either. Room decor was very dated. Mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Comfortable and quiet room in a good location. A good option for a budget hotel stay in CDMX. Note that after 8pm entrance is from next to the Green Park Hotel, my Uber dropped me off at the other entrance which was closed and I had to find my own way to it.

Need to improve.

Check in was fine. Need to refurbish the rooms, curtains must be clean. Mosquitoes showed at night. Shower drain was clogged. Toilet place is very tight. Toilet and Shower lighting is very poor. Restaurant area is very nice and relaxing. Food was not as expected at all and charge average of US$25.00 is too high for the the quality of food.

Hotel Park Villa is a beautiful, genteel hotel, perfectly located next to the Chapultepec Forest park, within walking distance of several great museums and restaurants. I spent a week there, having it as my base to exploring the city and the culture and plenty of nearby nature. The staff was particularly attentive and helpful. I asked a lot of questions of the front desk staff. Sofia and Cesar were so fantastic in this regard--thank you! I will definitely come back here again alone or with family. Thanks for a great experience!
