Many inconveniences this time, there was a construction on the above floor or nearby room, so i was not able to concentrate while working, i had to take some virtual meetings. Also, the concierge Juliana was not good at customer service.

I had an incredible stay at this charming hotel, Loved my stay in Roma Norte! Perfect location—right in the heart of everything but still quiet and relaxing. The hotel was ok but I don't know why it was rated so high by other reviewers. My room felt very dusty as if it had been set and left vacant for a while. The second day it felt much better after it was cleaned. The (very small) room is not very comfortable though it has the basics (bed, private bathroom). The best things about this property are the location, free breakfast, air conditioned rooms, elevator.

**LOUD** Only trust this review!

LOUD LOUD LOUD LOUD. Don’t trust any other review on this site that gloat about this hotel. Most importantly, this place is LOUD. Each room has a heavy metal door that has to be slammed shut. So at night you hear endless “SLAM” in the echoing hallway. And that echoing hallway carries the voice of every inconsiderate drunk stumbling in the wee hours of the morning. Next our floors were constantly gross and I don’t think the floor was ever mopped, maybe swept, but definitely not mopped. Finally, it’s a two person room with barely space for one person to store anything, no storage at all. There wasn’t even a space or chairs to relax in room. Make sure you take notice of the crib style bed, it sucks if someone has to use the bathroom at night, they will wake the other.

I loved almost everything about the stay. I wasn't thrilled with the restroom walls and think they need attention. They had obvious crud on them and hadn't been wiped down. With that being said, the staff, the room, the hotel itself was wonderful and i would happily stay there again. The price was so reasonable, especially for what you get. Id recommend this hotel to family and friends.

9 day solo trip

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was always very friendly and helpful 24 hours a day. The street corner nearby is great with a pharmacy, convenience store, a couple of taco vendors, a CDMX coffee chain that's excellent. The street itself has a nice organic grocery store and the famous panaderia Rosetta. Also just a couple blocks away from Calle Alvaro Obregon which has tons of great restaurants and shops. Overall the hotel is clean and nice and if you just need a nice base to explore the city it's pretty perfect.
