The staff was awesome, the room clean. My only problem was that the bedroom and shower was in the same area, it hard to explain but its an awkward design. The room was large with a 70 inch TV but no chair , the are need a sofa or some place to sit. Perfect for solo traveler, not ideal for friends as privacy may be issue for shower, the shower is seperated from toilet and you will need to dress outside of shower with no privacy if you have a roomate.Other then that, great location for Palacio de Deportes or close to airport, but not city center.

Wonderful people! Young lady name Pilar went out of her way to help me with a personal matter! Very thankful. Charter from the airport to the hotel and was great. Food was awesome. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Room was very clean. Nice to have bottled water in the room daily. Did not care for the shower too exposed to the bedroom area.
