Unexpectedly nice hotel near the Mexico City airport with a free and frequent airport shuttle. Very modern hotel with large rooms, huge TVs (70 inch), comfortable beds, great showers, electric window blinds, lots of power outlets and...cool configurable mood lighting. It was the perfect place to stay overnight near the airport to get a good shower, great sleep and a stress-free ride to the airport. A great value for the price. Will definitely stay here again.

Excelente servicio, Todo el personal fue muy amable y nos ayudaron con indicaciones para llegar a el concierto. La ubicación es perfecta, frente a el estadio, el hotel estaba muy limpio además, cuentan con transporte gratuito del aeropuerto al hotel y de regreso, lo cual es un gran beneficio. Nuestra estadía fue muy buena. La proxima vez que vayamos no dudaremos de hospedarnos ahí. 100% recomendado!

Staff was awful. The free shuttle left because they "didn't see me" (I don't think they came in the first place). So I was stuck waiting 30-45 minutes after being assured "it's very close." I even offered to take Uber. Then, the driver said we had to pick up another couple at the other terminal. He stopped and packed in a bunch of people who I assume were employees.Then they gave me my room and it was occupied! I scared some poor man half to death!
