Amazing Hospitality
The entire place is beautiful and clean. We stayed in the Oaxaca room on the second floor.The bed was comfortable and the room with enough space for all our luggage. They had sensor lights throughout at night. Everything has been thought of. The shared bathrooms were clean as well as the kitchen on the 3rd floor. Best of all was Pedro who received us in the morning and helped me with all my luggage so That I could quickly run to my embassy appointment. When we returned he had everything in our room already. He speaks great English for those you don't speak Spanish. The only challenge was all the up and down on the stairs with my 2 year old.

Staffs are very kind & courteous. The owner need to be grateful for this. There is NO lift. If you're disabled etc - you might wish to look somewhere else There's no heater. We were freezing all the time. If you're sensitive to cold, you might wish to look somewhere else No kettle / hot water for drinking, I've asked this to staff and confirmed this. Hotel is beautiful and will be a joy for those with interest in beautiful architecture.

Malo y casi nulo el servicio
Al llegar dejé el equipaje. Lo guardaron en un locker y al regresar el mismo estaba abierto. Me asignaron una habitación que no tenía baño (yo había reservado con baño privado). Tuve que aguardar que me muden de habitación El primer día que bajé a desayunar dentro del horario que me indicaron, me dijeron que como el día anterior habían desinfectado, no sabían a que hora habría desayuno. No me dieron tampoco opciones ni pagaron para desayunar en otro lugar. En ningún momento se preocuparon por todos estos incovenientes

Great casa, recommended.
we enjoyed the stay very much, its a cozy casa and we love there is a restaurant right in the downstaris of the casa. we apprecaite that the staff received us at the 3 am in the morning and he actually awaited us at the door when our uber arrived the place, which is a very warm receiving.
