Great staff. Super responsive. Very clean. Had front door key issues, twice. Bed is quite comfortable. Only con: it's very Loud. There is a nightclub next door, a cafe downstairs and you can hear everything within the property.

Great small hotel that provides coffee in the morning. I love the small space with air conditioners and TVs. Always very clean and the location is very safe and walka le in the heart of Condesa.

There was no one on site on the day of my check out, when I had been told that I would be able to leave my bags before my flight. I texted the number that was left at reception and received no response for hours- and still have not.

Staff and location were excellent. Very welcoming for our late check in. The noise from the shared kitchen was loud a few nights perhaps it would be good to ask that customers don’t use it late in the evening.

I paid for My dad and brother to stay here for 3 nights and 4 days and it was absolutely amazing. He said the staff were really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in town.
