The welcome gift if such a beautiful thoughtful surprise. The place is very clean. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing removing a star was the bad smell that came from the bathroom shower drain. We covered it after showering and it did help, but if not covered the smell is pretty strong and unpleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Cibeles by Lumina. Our room was spacious & comfortable. The concierge staff was incredibly helpful and prompt in responding anytime we had any questions. We had challenges with our hot water in the shower and the concierge / support was able to resolve in within minutes. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Mexico City!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Cibeles, it was in a great area, a good grocery market near by. Staff were great attending our needs. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. We are going to stay again there one more night before we go home.

Great for family stay

Excellent 2 bedroom 1 bath hotel room. Very well decorated and cleaned daily. Friendly front desk and security guard at the front door 24 hr. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.

Great find in Roma Norte!

Casa Cibeles was the perfect place for our seven night stay in Mexico City! Great location, and the 24-hour concierge was friendly and very helpful. Clean, comfortable (but firm) beds, beautiful rooftop view, air conditioned and free laundry! So glad we found this property.

No hot water in the building!!! Every day, we had to ask, where is the hot water? Weird behavior with towels. They kept want to charge us towel replacement if there was dirt on the towels. So so annoying.

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here!! Great neighborhood and safe location. The staff was extremely helpful and helped us book experiences and transportation during our stay. I had a really poor experience staying here. After arriving from a long flight at 9am, I requested an early check in in person at the hotel. I was dismissed by a man at the front desk. No effort was made at all to help accommodate an early check in and I was treated very rudely for asking. Normally, hotels help to accommodate guests as check out time is 11am, so usually a room can be made available by 2pm. No effort was made at all and instead I was treated very poorly. I would not recommend staying here.
