This is our second stay at Casa Cibeles and it did not disappoint. The staff is simply wonderful and so attentive. The room is extremely clean with all the amenities you need. I felt that this time around the noise from the nightclub next door was not as loud but my husband did need earplugs to sleep. All in all a 10 out of 10. Look forward to many more stays when visiting CDMX.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The front desk people were so lovely and willing to help us with anything we needed. The welcome gift if such a beautiful thoughtful surprise. The place is very clean. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing removing a star was the bad smell that came from the bathroom shower drain. We covered it after showering and it did help, but if not covered the smell is pretty strong and unpleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Cibeles by Lumina. Our room was spacious & comfortable. The concierge staff was incredibly helpful and prompt in responding anytime we had any questions. We had challenges with our hot water in the shower and the concierge / support was able to resolve in within minutes. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Mexico City!

Great find in Roma Norte!

Casa Cibeles was the perfect place for our seven night stay in Mexico City! Great location, and the 24-hour concierge was friendly and very helpful. Clean, comfortable (but firm) beds, beautiful rooftop view, air conditioned and free laundry! So glad we found this property.
