HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

Worst hotel of my life never go there … they have wrong description about the room and when I told the guest service manager TUSHAR ABOUT IT he was very rude was smelling alcohol and tried to fight with me and said you can’t leave a bad review about us and they tried to upgrade my room and said you don’t post any review about us … I have all the proofs related to this … RADDISON BLU VANCOUVER HOTEL .. I repeat never visit there all the staff were undertrained and specially manager TUshar he tried to fight with me and was rude AF. If you are planning a good day do not stay there … they spoiled my whole night …. And now they will delete or reply to this comment proving me wrong but I have all the proofs regarding this… it happened on 24 Jan we planned to stay for 2 night but was disappointed and just stayed for one night because of Tushar the guest service manager and other staff .. I do not recommended this hotel to anyone specially if you are travelling with your girl or family

It booked a full night. I barely stayed eight hours and they refused to let me stay a little longer when I asked. I had to be a little late because the trip was for work, so i had to rush all the time to get there before they overcharge for late checkout.
