Opened the door and the threshold was broken, the edging for the tile at entry was in disrepair. Bath tile work was done sloppily. Sundays and Monday's breakfast is biscuits and gravy, no gravy it was green Chille. Went to bed around 9:30 P.M. Woken up by children running and jumping on floor above our room. Have stayed at this Best Western many times before. never again.
