Dear Guests, our apartment is located in the historic center, in the heart of the wonderful city of Merano! A few meters from the most important promenades of the city such as the Tappeiner promenade, Gilfpromenade, Lungo Passirio promenade and in December near here you will find the Christmas Market. You are almost in Via dei Portici and a few steps away from the Spa with its swimming pools and wellness centers ! The location of the apartment is ideal for those who want to discover the old town on foot! In Merano you have also the possibility to visit the Trauttmansdorff Castle of the princess Sissi with its unique gardens and museum, the majestic Castle Tyrol, Princely Castle, etc.. Do not miss this great opportunity! The location of our apartment gives you accessibility to all amenities (public transport, tourist office, etc.)! Numerous restaurants, bars, stores and typical restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You are only 10 minutes walk from the train station, from here you can get to any tourist place!

Our apartment is ideal for up to 4 people, about 85 square meters and is located on the 4th floor of the building with elevator ! Composed of living room with sofa bed, hidden table/bench for meals and chairs, LCD TV with satellite (in the living room) and free WIFI . Here you have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet . The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, cutlery, glasses, kettle, coffee machine, pots and pans and all useful items for cooking. No food products (no sugar, salt, pepper etc.)! The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, bidet and SAUNA. Towels (face and shower) and sheets are included. At your request we provide a cot/cot (with sheets) at no extra charge. Final cleaning excluded.

Zuerst das Gute. Tolle Lage mitten in Meran. Der Grundriss ist modern und gut mobiliert. Wohnung im 4. Stock. Mit der Wohnungsübernahme hat alles funktioniert wie beschrieben. Weniger gut. Wir hatten schriftlich angefragt bezüglich früherer Wohnungsübernahme, wurde nicht beantwortet. Die Räumlichkeiten waren nicht gut gereinigt, das wurde bei den Rezensionen zuvor auch bemängelt, wird dachten das würde ernst genommen und Abhilfe geschaffen. Leider nein. Etwas schmuddelig. Die Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, funktioniert aber nicht richtig. Bei 33 Grad nicht der Hit! Wir wurden zwar angerufen (top booking it) ob alles in Ordnung ist.... wurde zur Kenntnis genommen ...., das war es. Parkplatz gibt es keinen, man muss die Tiefgarage in der Nähe benützen (18€-Tag). Alles in allem, von uns keine Empfehlung, da gibt es Besseres.

Zentral und ruhig mit tollem Ausblick

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist großartig. Dennoch ist es angenehm ruhig. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit der Klimanlage. Die Schlafzimmer wurde nicht ausreichend kühl. Im Hochsommer nicht ganz so optimal, ansonsten toll.
