Front of house staff great, but first room smelt of smoke, and second room had unbearable air con noise in the corridor. So we were moved to a third room which was great. Hotel bar had great cocktails but they didn’t know anything about wine. They kept trying to give us Sauvignon Blanc when we said anything but. Hotel is quite tired looking. Breakfast fine with healthy options. Expensive for what it was.

We had a lovely stay at the Park Hyatt in Mendoza. After having a problem in our airBNB, we were able to get a last minute reservation at the Park Hyatt. What an upgrade! Beautiful hotel with all of the amenities- restaurants, gym, spa, pool etc. The highlight for me was the excellent service of the concierge staff. They were so happy to help. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Mendoza!
