Beautiful house

My family and I used this stay for our home base while in town exploring the area. The listing was perfectly described and the house exceeded our expectations. The property was gorgeous and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

House was Spotless and well appointed. Host was friendly and helpful, they made sure to let us know they were available if needed, but did not bother us every 5 minutes like we have experienced with other svc's. We would Definitely stay here again!

House was pretty clean except for garbage from previous guests left on the back deck, dishes left in the dishwasher, and dirty freezer drawers. After starting stove, gas smell lingered for a couple days even though burners were all off.

Wonderful stay

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to everything but still offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions and responding promptly to any questions. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. Wonder Land

This was a a home from a magazine! Very Modern and stylish. My family and I loved how much space the living quarters had. Nothing less than amazing!! The host was very responsive and welcoming. Even after check we were able to connect Kha Le regarding our cat getting loose in the neighborhood (he was found) Great stay, great experience, would stay again.

Disappointed

I’m sad to say we encountered German cockroaches in the downstairs bedroom, bathroom and kitchen so we went re not able to stay for our full reservation. We were offered a refund but never received it and all communication has been ignored. The house was cute and the neighborhood seemed ok. Straying to far found kind of sketchy areas and the yard was not very well maintained. Things we could live with but we couldn’t deal with the bugs.

The host was very welcoming, helpful, and commutative.House is beautiful. I found it to he very clean, beds comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Neighborhood was very quiet. Even the neighbors welcomed us "home". Quick access to downtown area. I would stay again. Hope you will enjoy your stay as well.

Nice property

The property has a great location, plenty of room & comfy beds. It was a little short of silverware for our group of 6, There is no storage place for clothing in the bedrooms downstairs which was a pain. The towel bars in the upstairs bathroom are missing, so no where to hang towels. Seller was super accommodating & fast on replacing the broken toaster & coffee pot. All in all, we'd definitely stay there again.

Very nice property

Comfortable and clean house close to downtown. Neighborhood seemed safe, but some surrounding properties were not very well maintained. Host was very responsive and provided Keurig coffee pods - a nice touch. ☺️I recommend!

Graceland Getaway

My wife and I are big Elvis fans and wanted to see Graceland. I searched and found kha's place which looked great so we gave it try. We showed up and kha sent us the code to enter the home, i was impressed with the space as soon as we walked in. The living room and kitchen has an open floorplan and pleasantly decorated. Every room in the house has been renovated to current modern design, the bathrooms are large and spacious. We brought our 4 legged family member with us and he loved the large fenced in backyard. We enjoyed are stay and would certainly stay again if we find ourselves in Memphis in the future.

Our stay was great, nicely remodeled home, very clean, nice outside are, quite neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had TV’s though.

Very nice home

Very spacious and mostly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and host was great at sending instructions. We could hear a train at night. Neighbors were nice. Random man knocked on our door late at night but he eventually left. Plenty of towels but would’ve been nice to have a floor towel for getting out the showers. Some of the sink drains were slow but not too bad. Overall good experience and would stay again.
