This was a unique 1 bedroom,1 bed about 4 blocks from a conference I was attending. The unit was spotless with a huge kitchen counter and basic kitchen needs (dishes, cookware, etc ). No coffee, teas, extras. Tastefully decorated. Huge closet and storage area off bathroom. The bed was abnormally high and could be a problem for a very short person. Shower functioned well and consistently hot.
There were a couple of small grocery stores nearby that I discovered from a walker. The unit faces a parking lot that could get noisy on the weekends. Although there were homeless people around, I felt safe but would not walk out late at night by myself. There is a coffee shop on the first floor that can be accessed from inside the building. Appears to close early afternoon.
Recommend the owner add a small table in the closet off the bathroom for guests to place personal hygiene items.
