I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this stay was extremely disappointing. The property was not clean upon arrival—there was garbage throughout the house, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly prepared for guests at all. We found dirty dishes put back in the cupboards, which was especially concerning.Basic necessities were also lacking. There were only a couple of towels provided for our group, and the soap bottles were empty, which made it clear the home hadn’t been restocked or checked prior to our stay.Overall, the condition of the home did not match expectations and made for a frustrating experience, especially at the end of our trip. I hope the host takes steps to address cleanliness and properly prepare the property for future guests.

I always read reviews, so I was expecting a much different experience. We were extremely disappointed. The house smelled like old mop water and marijuana. There was a dirty pot soaking in the kitchen sink. The knob to the faucet was broken. There was more than 1 pair of dirty socks in the house. Only one of the beds had a full sheet set. Lastly the patio was filthy. When I reported my problems to the host, he was very polite and responsive. However, we were only staying 2 nights, so the issues were not resolved.

Check-in was frustrating as the incorrect access code was given as well as incorrect WIFI password. Host was not available to assist, thankfully VRBO customer support responded and was able to provide the correct access code.

The laundry experience was good! The kitchen needs several improvements such as clean plates that were greasy, knives that were not sharp, limited silverwares, mugs, and glasses. The faucet was also broken.We had no internet on the first day. It was hard to contact the host.We have been to different places so I recommend that the host gets better cleaners, provide guests with instructions about everything in the house. And also make sure that the closets and drawers were tidy for the guests. There were broken hangers, and trash in the closets and drawers.The house was really cozy and affordable. We just wish that it could be cleaner and more organized. And the host should also be reachable. It took hours before the host replied to my messages.Thank you!

We only stayed 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen, didn't do laundry or use tv's, etc. The wifi wasn't working, the shower curtain & rod were inside the tub plus water leaked from the sink in 1st bathroom, we couldn't find towels for a shower but they were in the dryer. Heard loud noises during the night so I did not sleep well & most of us slept on top of the covers cause we weren't sure of the cleanliness. The house is absolutely beautiful with a few minor fixes to make it great. We loved the porches too & if we were there longer it would be awesome to sit outside with hot chocolate. We had a visit from the Memphis Task Force the next morning so not sure what that was about but freaked me out. Lol.

Was not able to stay there as there was a odor of pot and when the A/C unit came on there was a smell of mold and mildew. I am extremely allergic to these and lost my voice and granddaughter has a asthma attack. There was no way to fix problem unless A/C ducts was cleaned

We stayed here twice, one night on our way to Hot Springs, Arkansas and then one night going back to Nashville for our trip home to Oregon. The first impression wasn't that good. There was just a little toilet paper and it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. There were clumps of hair on the floor and toothpaste still in the sink. The host immediately responded when I messaged him and brought some toilet paper and a few other supplies. He said he was interrupted with an emergency before he finished cleaning. That being said, the return stay was very nice. Although the area is a little "iffy", it's quiet and there's a nice park across the street. The house was very clean this time. I'm glad there are second chances in this world because the host, obviously, tried.

The advertised condition of this home is not what we found. We notified the host that we would be arriving a day late. When we arrived, the front door code that was provided did not work. We then found the side door unlocked and the house smelled of marijuana. The surrounding houses are boarded up with bars in windows and doors. Mattresses in lawns.All of the smoke detectors had been removed from the walls. There is also no base board trim in this house as advertised. There are cars parked in the yard behind the house. Couch cushions worn and broken down. I sent a text to the host that we would not be staying at this house due to the conditions. He was less than accommodating.

We were able to check in a little early, which was great, but there were a few things that need repair. The kitchen sink keeps falling off, and the master bathroom NEEDS A DOOR. Very bright when in use (shower curtain part way down doesn’t block light) towels were hard to find, and there was someone’s laundry in closets, along with bags from new sheets.
