The hotels outside appearance looked fairly new. The office receptionist was nice but when we checked into our room the bed had only two small pillows and the floor were dirty when I walked on it barefooted , the floors looked like they were never mopped when I examined my feet, they were black and nasty. The bathroom had only one bar of soap and I had to go ask for more and with two extra pillows. I hate to complain and my personal opinion would be 3 out of 5 stars as the rating on this hotel.

Conveniently located near i-95 exit. What I didn't like, I asked about local restaurants, they said they didn't know anything about that. No hairdryer in room, wouldn't bring one, had to get dressed and go get one. No in room coffee, only two small pillows and 2 towels. Just a place to sleep close to I-95.

My daughter and I were checking in. My dad came in with us to transport our bag and the desk clerk asked for ID from all three of us. Why would we have been permitted to have three people in a room with a double bed. Wouldn't there have been some suspicion over a woman, a young girl, and an older man checking in all together? The hotel was terribly noisy all night. Women/girls screeching outside, people talking loudly well into the early morning hours. We had to be up by 4:30 am to catch a flight and didn't get much sleep.

HOTEL FIRE

Hotel FIRE ALARM went off due to one fire started in a room. HOTEL staff ran out and NEVER check or notified anyone of the fire. If there was a disabled person, or a deaf person they could have been hurt. HOTEL staff MEMBER ERIC was outside when we came out and didn't help none of the guest. When we complained about his duty notifying HOTEL guest he got angry and told my family and I to leave the hotel. He threatened to call the POLICE on my family and I decided to leave. NEVER AGAIN will I stay there or recommend anyone to stay there.
