No parties or events at any time. If you're coming to Melbourne to party, you've picked a great city to do so - just not at our place. Though we're sure it won't come to it, complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law, not so much one of our rules.
Do not tamper with any smoke alarms. Tampering with the smoke alarms will result in fines up to $15,000. If you break or damage something, please do the responsible thing and let us know so we can arrange for its replacement/repair.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
Remember to return all keys. Charges will apply for any unreturned keys. Upto $500

Any breach of these rules may result in the loss of your deposit and the immediate cancellation of your booking.

Great apartment, great location
Spacious, clean, very comfortable, relatively quiet, private and well maintained apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We have family in Albert Park we visit at least once each year. This is the first apartment we’ve stayed in that we would want to book again next visit. The location was perfect for us - easy access on foot to family and by tram to the city and everywhere else we wanted to go.

I stayed for 2 months for work and found everything to be as described and communication very easy and prompt. The location is excellent with the No.1 tram 10 meters away. Great options for eateries close by. Quiet and very comfortable. Carpark was great too. Thanks!

Location, location, location!
A block from the beach and around the corner from the number 1 tram that goes straight to Federation Square, I can’t imagine a nicer location, even if I hadn’t found The Guilty Moose for my morning coffee! (Don’t miss it!).
The apartment was spotless when we arrived and Levi and Iman were incredibly responsive both to pre-arrival questions and in addressing a minor WiFi glitch we had that was quickly resolved.
The apartment layout is a bit odd - bath at opposite end from bedrooms however, the bedrooms are incredibly roomy and comfortable with tons of storage. Bleakhouse Lane is a bit quirky as well - all of the apartments back into businesses on Victoria hence it looks a bit industrial, however, one can walk to near endless fabulous things - from incredible restaurants to one of the world’s best yarn shops (Wool Baa) we always felt comfortable and safe.
Albert Park is terrific, and this was a great place to stay.
