Hotel Melbourne is always a favourite of ours — truly a place we love returning to. The level of cleanliness is exceptionally high, and the extra attention to detail really sets it apart. A wonderfully artisan hotel with beautifully appointed decor both in the common areas as well as in the room. The location is very close to the theatre district so it was easy to go to a great restaurant nearby and walk to see our show. Would highly recommended to people looking for a “cool vibe” and also appreciate sophistication.

Check in time was meant to be 3:00pm, the room wasn't ready, we were asked to wait for a text message while room cleaning was prioritised, 40mins later I enquired again and was told the room is ready, what happened to the text? Checking out 11:00am Sunday was told to wait a short amount of time while our car was retrieved from valet parking, after watching three people get their car that checked out after us a QT employee asked what we were waiting for, he then retrieved our car about 45mins after checkout. Not great service for an expensive room.
