The house was spacious and comfortable for our week long stay. There were toys and games in every cupboard for the kids and comfy couches both upstairs and downstairs to chill out on.However there were some things that were not ideal. Before my stay I was sent a detailed form by the host asking for information like car registration of all cars that will be staying and even for copies of my driver's licence. We also received a detailed list of rules which made me feel nervous about my stay. This list also pointed out that they do not provide basic products like soap. When we arrived we had to purchase dishwasher tablets and paper towel as there were insufficient supplies.The beds were very comfortable, but to reach the power point I had to move the heavy bed which caused some pieces of timber it was balanced on to fall over. I put theme back but was then quite nervous that the bed relied on the few pieces of timber it was delicately balanced on.When we checked out we were told we'd left the house messy and were asked to pay an additional 50. We were there for a week with 8 people and didn't leave any mess other than normal things you'd expect to need a clean after a one week family stay. We had cleaned all our dish and tried to vacuum but the vacuum was poor quality and didn't work well enough to pick up any dirt. We were told the pantry needed a deep clean after our stay which was confusing as we only kept packaged food in there. This really left us with a sour taste.
