Was advertised as hot breakfast but open arrival, checkin staff staff said the hotel has gone down in the last couple years and there is no more restaurant, no more hot breakfast. The fitness center is closed, not a single ice machine worked, only 1 of 4 elevators worked, holes all inside the room, destroyed ceiling tile in the room, and an open electrical junction box where the smoke detector once was, mirror cracked, and so many WiFi issues. I would only pay $65 for this hotel if I was to ever stay again

STAY AWAY. We ended up not staying there as we felt very unsafe, first the hotel looks like it’s falling apart, holes in wall, ceiling, the smell is horrible and also people smoking marijuana in the hallway. No dead bolt on the door, dirty room, bed bugs etc. It looks like some people live there, and it’s a homeless shelter. Drug deal happening in the hallway. The water park only open Sat 10-7 and sun 10-1 and they charge extra $20 USD per person. There were several people that were cancelling and finding alternative places to stay. Very disappointed in the false advertising of this place

The place was awful . They falsely advertised with hotel.com. It looked like a refugee camp. The security door broke, 1 elevator worked, walls and carpets dirty, laundry thrown into hallways . Hotel smelled!

Elevators 100+yds from front office n check-in. First set of 3rd floor room access cards didn’t work. 2nd set on 4th floor didn’t work AND the floor stank of cigarette smoke. Carpets on 1, 3 n 4th floors old and worn. Finally got a room on 1st floor…it was better, at least no stale cigarette smoke.

I requested a ground floor room with two beds (smoking) almost a month prior. When I arrived they first assigned a room on the second floor. It had a king size bed. The next room was on the third floor and only one working elevator.

Terrible experience

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had Went here for a softball tournament. 1. Went to our room and the door wouldn’t lock (3 young kids ) and the worker first said that all rooms were booked but there was less than 20 cars in parking lot. 2. Tried to get ice for my daughter’s hand and all ice machines were out of order. 3. Saturday night the elevator was out of order: 4. Towels had brown stuff on them and sheets had stains. 5. Heater/Air Conditioner had black stuff (mold like) all threw it I could type issues all day! Don’t stay here

stay literally anywhere else

upon arrival i thought we must be at the wrong place… it’s nothing like the photos online. extremely rundown, and quite frankly scary. we witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot while unloading our bags from the car. and when we got to our room, we had to turn right around and leave because there was a cockroach right on the wall. NOT family friendly and not safe for kids. we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. only positive was that the staff was understanding and rectified the situation.

This is an old hotel with poor upkeep. Rooms were very old and air conditioner was loud and ineffective. Furniture was old and smelly. Internet was not working in the room. Both days I had to call the front desk for them to reset their modem for the internet to work. While the hotel had mentioned free breakfast, it was limited to some cereal, oatmeal packets, few bars, stale donuts and over ripe bananas. There wasn't even a microwave available.

FRAUD: picture on line is NOT from this property. so nasty by the time i got to my room i didnt even go inside of room. would never go in water or go barefoot in anything these people run.looked like a lot of long term stay clients who may have been "down on their luck"

Our room smelled so strongly of chemicals that I couldn’t sleep at all. In fact I almost considered getting up in the middle of the night to sleep in my car. I feel like the chemical smell was trying to mask cigarette odor. As someone with allergies, it was aweful.
