Esta propiedad es un "hogar minúsculo" legítimo. Contiene un loft con una bonita cama queen size, una cocina, baño completo, sala de estar e incluso un espacio para trabajar en su computadora portátil si es necesario.

"Tiny" está estacionado en un parque muy grande como el patio trasero de nuestra casa de troncos que también alquilamos como alquiler de vacaciones. Tiene su propio espacio al aire libre con una mesa para relajarse y comer también.

Tiny House Weekend

This rental was the perfect size for my boyfriend and me to spend to weekend in Medford! The downstairs living room/kitchen was plenty spacious however the loft bedroom was pretty tight. Overall, I enjoyed our stay :)

Great tiny home but no AC ready for us on a 105 degree day

I was very excited to stay here. The location was great and the neighborhood was nice when we got there, and the tiny house looked great. But when we got inside, the tiny house was absolutely as hot as a sauna. It was 105 degrees outside and the standing AC in the tiny house was not turned on for our arrival, by the time of about 5 PM. The gases from the wood in the tiny house were off-gassing and my lungs felt tight from the fumes in the home. We went to a wellspring and came back a few hours later and the place was still blazing hot. There was no water left in the fridge for us, except for a half-filled bottle that looked like someone else had drunk it on their last vacation. I spent most of the night on the floor because it was incredibly hot and I have health problems and was concerned I might get ill if I slept in the hot loft. When we woke up the next day and had to leave, the temperature in the home was finally livable. I noticed a note in the book of rules for the house which stated that if the owners of the premises realize the AC is on in the tiny house, they will enter the home to turn it off. Overall, the tiny house was nice but I felt that the AC should have been turned on for our arrival, and because of the owners statement that they would enter the rented space to alter the temperature if they desired, I would not come back here. I felt more of a burden than as a proper guest, and I would expect more for the price I paid.

Cute place

Very nice tiny home. Low clearance upstairs, not surprising for a tiny home. Small picnic table to use. Fence between the area and a fairly busy street. Great place to sleep, not a great yard or view, which was fine for us after hiking a lot that day. Overall, a nice value and cute place to stay.

Great location to travel to Jacksonville, Central point, or Medford, or the Applegate Valley. Very well appointed, but could use a little organization in the kitchen – lol, owners, very attentive, and gracious.

We loved our stay at “Cub”. The place was well appointed. It felt nice and private. I had read in reviews about road noise but it didn’t bother us one bit. The fan and air conditioner worked well. Host was very attentive and and responded quickly.

Best Tiny House!!
