Smack in the center of action in Poblado, yet quiet at night. Room kinda felt like a studio apartment, very comfortable. Never saw housekeeping as unlike in every other hotel, they never knocked at the crack of dawn when I was still sleeping, they just came when I left and the room was clean when I returned in the afternoon. The location is amazing, highly recommend a stay here!

Excellent location and my room was spotless. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful even with my limited spanish skills. The restaurant served brunch, vegetarian dishes all day long. What a treat! Special shout out to Paula and Valencia!

I stayed in Room 202 on the second floor—just one floor above the restaurant and street—and unfortunately, I could hear everything. Conversations from downstairs, the constant passage of trucks, buses, and motorcycles—it was nonstop noise, day and night. Sound insulation is clearly lacking, and it made it hard to rest or relax. The hotel should consider installing noise-proof windows. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the rooftop, which looked great in the photos and was a deciding factor for me. But when I arrived, I found it completely closed for remodeling with no prior notice. That was a major disappointment. Overall, the experience didn’t match expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless they address the noise issues and communicate major facility closures in advance.

A good place to stay, though there’s always room for improvement. The toilet had a loose part—I couldn’t tell if it was meant to be that way or if it was broken, but it worked. They need to improve their cocktail-making skills. The air conditioning should be turned on before guests arrive in the room. The staff was very friendly. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance (Idílico and Mamasita). The Guatapé tour is 100% recommended.

I give this hotel 2 stars as locations was good, across from “Calle de la buena mesa” and close to many places and malls. However if you are looking for a place to rest this is just not it, since you can hear a needle falling on the side walk from the third floor (where I stayed) the noise will wake you up at 6:30 am when the down stairs restaurant opens and they drag the chairs, and and you can hear it as if is happening in your room. Rooms are spacious but bed is not too comfortable either, and bathrooms can use a bit of better cleaning, i had this booked for 10 days and had to leave on my 4 night as I really needed to have a good night sleep, so ended up moving to a different hotel. They refused a refund or any help for that matter. Overall, if you like me work remotely or want to rest this is not the place in Manila. I have stayed in other ones around the area that had been a better experience.

We loved it!! Everything is walking distance. But is safe to say that if you’re looking for a quiet place then maybe this is not a good choice for you. The night life noice will keep you up. The staff was great specially Gladys at the rooftop!! We will definitely love to go back!!
