Horrible Experience and waiting for a resolution but no one will respond
Where do I start?!
The first property was very nice but the bedroom downstairs had a flood from the sprinkler system. When we got there the floor was soaked. The maintenance guy that came out said this was called in on July 17th…yet nothing was done about it and we were allowed to check in on the 21st with your team knowing the problem was not fixed. We had paid for an early check in only to unpack everything and find out we couldn’t use the bedroom so we didn’t have enough beds and had to repack and be moved to another house. Once we were moved to Bear Lodge it was after hours and we were initially short two sleeping spots again…then 4 once we discovered the bunk beds were broken and unsafe. The hot tub was disgusting and also we were told did not work. My sister in law had to clean the toilets and one had poop residue in it in the master bathroom. The linens were in a pile on the floor in the laundry room. There were cobwebs and centipedes everywhere. We were short four beds so people were sleeping on the couches, recliners and floors. I called several times for someone to help only to be told someone would call me back and they didn’t. I finally got ahold of Robin who did send someone out the last night to fix the bunk beds and the hot tub and work on the bugs. The housekeeper that came to handle the bugs said the cobwebs and bugs were there because the house needed a deep clean and they don’t do that…what???!! Seriously?
We want our money back and the service from your team has been horrible!!
