The water park show in Expedia includes with the stay . I booked very expensive , when we got there we surprised that didn’t include even we show that to the supervisors we try to cutch the manger after day we did the check-in he didn’t show up , that’s waist our time. Ather hand, the stay was far way from our stay, restaurant and the grocery far way about 20 min from the hotel , water park about 16 min from our hotel .

I'm sorry to say we did not enjoy our visit - walking to the room did not feel secure as as it was not well lit and no secure door to the outside. Garbage in the parking lot. The room was pretty bad - outdated and not soundproof! and some things didn't work - for example the shades, the tv and there was no hot water. We did not realize we would need to drive for any activity/dining - nothing on site. The repeated attempt to get us to go to the timeshare presentation was unexpected. I give it 2 stars because the manager agreed to cancel and refund our second night...but I haven't seen the credit yet.

the rooms were spacious it had a lot of dog's hair everywhere. no war water on one day and the water was brown on that day. when we complained about the brown water they said we good that we had water because they have a water problem and water cut on most rooms. they working on it

There is no turnover and cleaning during the stay. You have to call to request anything from housekeeping and have to take out your own trash daily to the dumpster. Personally, if I am paying for a hotel stay, I’d expect basic services to be included as a part of the hotel stay. The resort has other attractions for year round activities, which are good, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to lack of “hotel type” services.

Unfortunately our stay was not what we expected. We were very prepared for this to be a busy time of year and did our best to plan ahead with reservations to as much as we could for dinner and activities. Being a busy time of year for travel and skiing, we would also expect the resort to do the same. This was sadly not the case. Let me say that the staff at most all places at the resort were friendly and helpful. The issue seemed to be a noticeable staffing shortage. Generally poor planing and obvious service failures at every location. Some Restaurants were not open during what seems to be a very normal time to have lunch or dinner service. Wait times were absolutely outrageous for a family of 4 and food was just okay. Adult couples almost seemed to have priority everywhere we went… but this is marketed as a family vacation spot. We booked night skiing which was an absolute disaster. The line for rentals was rapped around the building and took 2 hours!!! We arrive at 4:50 and didn’t get on the chair lift until 6:45. We then grabbed a bite to eat at the small restaurant where a gentleman was clearly over surged at the bar. The restaurant was filled with young kids and the man was belligerent with no staff intervention. We paid $100 a person for 2 hours of skiing. Not worth it. The indoor pool was $75 per person and was half the size since it’s the outdoor area is closed for winter and was so crowded! Again, we figured it would’ve but this was really bad and floors were filthy

The entire stay was horrible. The customer service was horrible and everyone just seemed like they were counting hours. The food was not even fast food quality. I was not able to sleep because the noises coming from the condo above and was never handled even when I complained.

Got there and the staff was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. We arrived at our room and noticed it was outdated on the inside. Although it was clean, there could have been small improvements to update the room. Especially the furniture. There was plenty of clean towels and the bathroom was big enough to actually move around in
