This stay was terrible, especially for the price. The room was so outdated with chipped furniture, a micro sized tv, peeling paint and calk, and 1960s era fixtures. Had three false fire alarms in 8 hours while sleeping and showering. Check in person barely spoke english and elderly manager looked somewhat homeless. Left a day early and forfeited

If you like a bunch of questionable people living on the property and smoking week non-stop, this is your place. It did not feel like a resort. Food and amenities are overpriced for the quality they offer (water park $70/person). You have to pay for everything you ask for, including housekeeping. Staff, however, was good and friendly. The smell of weed was our biggest turnout - we will not visit here again.

Bathroom tub mat was full of grim There were bugs in the tub The room needs updating Furniture was banged up with lots of scuffs and scratches Old furniture The pool above Hotel 3 was nice and clean We enjoyed it Don’t know if everything shut down early because it was the 4th of July? Check-in was 5pm and the pool closed at 7pm Pool opened at 11 am the next day but check out was 10am? I felt like what the heck? We don’t have time to enjoy the pool and other amenities because of time restrictions. And of course, they wanted to talk to us about timeshare opportunities. Would not recommend at all! Maybe the villas are better but this hotel was bad news!

Overall property was nice, however my room itself was pretty outdated. It was also humid and we only had a small wall air conditioner, that didn’t do very well. Because of this the room had somewhat of a musk to it. Property itself was nice , lots to do in area nature wise. Downside is checkout is 10am meanwhile check in is at 5pm, and they don’t typically allow a later checkout either.

It would be great if they had bed in breakfast type of place in the main building.they have a couple restaurant but only one open like around 8 am and the food is not good.also they should put microwave in every room. There was only one in the main entrance by the bending machine room every one use it they make a mess and don’t clean it smh. But overall great place to vacation if you like outdoor.they have a lots of activities.

We had to change rooms 3 different times packing and unpacking became a nightmare we lost a small bag which still hasn't been turned in i seriously don't think it will be first room had stairs to get into unit was supposed to be walj in 2nd room was walk in but jacuzzi didnt work 3rd room was on 2nd floor with no view of the mountains just more condos
