Loved our stay at Gand Velas. More expensive then the average all inclusive but was well worth the money. All the staff were super helpful and accommodating from our concierge Luis to the poolside servers Zenon and Lionel. Beds were super comfortable with a large selection of pillows to choose from. Our 5 year old daughter loved going to the kids club for crafts in the morning. And the food was amazing.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The staff at Grand Velas were amazing!! Beautiful resort and accommodations. We ate at all 4 restaurants (Mexican, French, Asian and Italian) anong with the buffet and bar restaurants. Delicious food and plenty of options. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

This is the nicest all inclusive we have ever experienced. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and we were upgraded to a beautiful remodeled room on the oceanfront. The service and attention to detail from the staff is superb. A special thank you to our personal concierge Ramon, our pool concierge, Raymundo, and our pool servers, Leonel, Enrique, & Miguel. They were all so wonderful and made us feel very special!! One of the things we really appreciated is that there was not up-charging for food or beverages that we have encountered at other all-inclusive properties. Everything is included unless you want uber fancy bottles of liquor or wine at dinner. The food is AMAZING and many top shelf drinks to choose from. You feel like you are definitely getting what you paid for. While it is more expensive than some other resorts in the area I would say that it is well worth it. Tip well, they deserve it!

The staff is the reason this property is highly rated. Restaurants have beautiful decor. A lot of delicious Food varieties. Daily activities were fun. Pool was clean. Property was clean and safe. Although walls between the rooms could be thicker lol as we heard what neighbors were doing at nights.

Amazing! The food and service here is unequalled. The buffet had short rib, giant prawns, raw oysters, in addition to Mexican classics. We had a personal contact with Perla who checked in and provided the daily activities on the resort and made us reservations at the spa. The service at dinner at the 4 restaurants was like the service you expect at Michelin restaurants in North America or Europe. The food at dinner was wow! Get ready to put on weight if you have as little self control as me😂
