Family Vacation
We came up to Mashpee last minute for my nephew's 1st birthday and stayed here for 5 nights. Communication with the host was great and the listing was as described. However, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, the house had a weird smell, and to not have basic towels provided without a fee when the nightly price is already so high is outrageous. Although my sister said that is common for the Cape? I've never experienced that in short term rentals. So I thought the value for the stay was just not there.

Girls Weekend Get Away
We do a girls weekend down the Cape every year. This was our first year renting this house and we were very happy staying here. The house was clean and spacious with lots of privacy. Malcolm the home owner was great to deal with and very helpful, especially with this crew. I would recommend this property for a weekend get away or a extended family vacation.

Great house and wonderful location!
We had a great time at Cape Cod and really liked this house! We are a family of four and found the house to be very pleasant, spacious, comfortable, and very clean! The kitchen was very well stocked, including things like paper towels, Ziploc bags and aluminum foil. The house included everything one might need for a vacation stay, from ton of information on things to do at Cape Cod to beach chairs (also new and clean! Sometimes these can be a bit run down at rental places). The backyard is gorgeous and the house location is great – the description pretty much says it all – the house is close to a lot of great destinations and we definitely took advantage of most of them. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us ton of tips to help us enjoy our trip. Kids absolutely loved it and we would definitely rent the house again if we are back at Cape Cod!
