We asked so many times for extra pillows but still did not receive in our room the desk allways closed every time would not stay there again because poor service

We arrived late that evening, and there was nobody on duty, we had to put a security code into a keypad to gain access. We then had to find our room and then input the security code again. The disappointing thing about this is that the room was quite dirty, we took a photograph of this and we provided this to the owner in the morning via an email from the receptionist as she could not get hold of the owner. We have sent that email twice and not had any response from the owner. We included the photograph to prove our point , but they were not interested in any compensation for the dirtiness. We also reported this to Expedia, who contacted the owner or more than one occasion who refused to provide any compensation, even though they had a copy of the photograph clearly detailing the dirtiness.

The aircon was not working at any time. The staff did not clean the room even once in 3 days. The breakfast was kept bear minimum to discourage guests from taking interest in food.

We had problem to check-in late night. No reception to help or inform us to use the automatic check-in. The system ask for reservation code, but didn't approve the code that I get from Expedia. So, I tried to reserve and pay again, and then claim about the second payment, but it wasn't any room for that night! At last after sometimes security came. I told him about our problem and he found our reservation and gave me the printed documents with the code to enter the room and parking. It was a small, but very clean room, like new. Very calm area. Also, tomorrow morning when we wanted to check-out, the reception was there and helped us. If you prefer to check-in with the reception, like me, you should be there in their working time hours ...

There is now receptionist and the front desk was closed early. I tried to check in by my self at the automated machine but I didn't have the hotel's reservation number because I booked with expedia, so I only had expedia's itenerary number witch is not accepted by the machine. I got stoked in the parking lot, because you need a room code to unlock the gate. But they do not give that number before check in, so tou have to stay away from the parking before checking in other wise you have to call the secutity guy. The security guy took 10 minute to respond as he was busy playing with his phone. Finaly, the room smells cigarette and humidity, beds are not confortable. I do not recommande this BnB hotel.

Brand new and roomy with good value. So many good factors; convenience, price point, service overall with no downside. B&B offers a great overall value pact with no competition. I must admit, if you travel for any reason , particularly with a car, there are no other good choices !

Basic, but manageable for 2 nights.

The receptionist was very helpful. Provided change for the coffee vending machine and even a hair dryer. Free parking on site was great as well.
