Your cozy getaway awaits in Marco Island at this condo. This beautiful 1-bedroom condo offers a pleasant stay with amenities like WIFI, heating, and AC. Enjoy a relaxing time in this phenomenal space with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo. Newly remodeled condo including new kitchen cabinets, sink, counters, lighting, electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator. The bedroom now has a King size bed along with new ceiling lighting / fan, lamps and pictures. The Lanai has new chairs, and the whole unit has just been painted!
We also, just had new hurricane impact resistant windows and door installed!
Our beautiful END unit (more panoramic views from the Lanai) is a desirable 3rd floor corner end unit with great views of Factory Bay and Marco River as well as the pool, tennis courts and the Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill.
You can use the stairs right up to the front door of our unit, or use the elevator just a few steps away.
The pay laundry room is located directly across from the entrance to our unit and very convenient.
The heated pools and Jacuzzi’s are great for play and relaxation.
As mentioned, the Dolphin Tiki Bar & Grill is on-site right on the bay and serves great food, drinks and is a great place to socialize and meet people. dolphintiki.com/
You are minutes away (2-1/2 miles) from the North beach entrance to the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of parking.
Also, the Rose Marina is literally next door to Anglers Cove and has boat rentals and a great gift and apparel shop.
The “Key West Express” also has jet powered catamarans running out of Rose Marina (check for scheduling dates).
