wonderful apartment in Buchheim

This was a beautiful and comfortable apartment, in a great location. It was easy to walk to shops in town and to visit Freiburg and the surrounding area. Wolfgang and Ilse were wonderful and gracious hosts.

Unser Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich viel Zeit genommen beim einchecken. Die Dachwohnung samt Terrasse ist großzügig ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer, mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, ist hell und hat ein Fenster zum lüften. Die kompakte Küche, im Durchgang, hat alles was man braucht zum Kochen. Ein schöner Wohn- und Essbereich mit anschließendem offenen Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Doppelbett. Das andere Zimmer hat eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch. Die Wohnung hat aircondition, was nötig war für die ersten Tage. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Leider waren einige Restaurants geschossen wegen Sommerferien.

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und der Check-in/Check-out war unkompliziert. Auch den großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich empfanden wir als angenehm. Der TV ist für die Raumgröße recht klein und bietet leider keinen HDTV-Empfang.Der Schlafraum mit dem großen Bett ist vom Wohn-/Essbereich nicht wirklich abgeschlossen, sondern lediglich optisch getrennt! Auf einem Foto kann man es ein wenig erkennen. Wir hatten es leider nicht vorher gesehen und waren entsprechend überrascht.Die Küche ist für Kaffee, ein bisschen Frühstück und sporadische Nutzung gerade noch ok. Für 4 Personen, die nicht jeden Tag essen gehen wollen, ist sie unseres Erachtens ungeeignet:- sehr eng und im Durchgang gelegen, so dass man sich behindert, wenn einer kocht/spült und ein anderer ins Bad möchte- kaum Arbeits-/Abstellfläche- Spülmaschine ist winzig, alt und reinigt schlecht- Kühlschrank ebenfalls sehr klein- 2 Herdplatten überhitzen schnell/ schalten einfach ab- Mini-Ofen, der kaum eine Pizza fasst- Mikrowelle, Filterkaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Utensilien, ... sind da und okDas Bad ist schön und gut ausgestattet.Das zweite Zimmer mit der Schlafcouch ist klein, aber abschließbar und mit schönem Gartenblick. Hier haben wir Nachttische und (wie auch im anderen Schlafraum) Steckdosen in Bettnähe vermisst. Trotz aller Kritikpunkte ist es eine schöne Wohnung in verkehrsgünstiger Lage mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem traumhaften Ausblick!

Es war schön, wobei die FeWo vor den Toren Freiburgs liegt (ÖPNV-Anschluss via S-Bahn, dann Bus o.k.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz nah, die FeWo selbst nett und geräumig.

Für 4 Personen alles vorhanden von 2 Doppelbetten bis zum Kaffee in der Dose. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten Freiburg und Umgebung sehr schön erkunden. Ein netter Gastgeber - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr gut und schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Schöne Bettwäsche und Handtücher, bequemes Bett. Gut bestückte Küche. Großzügige Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht Richtung Schwarzwald. Die Gastgeber waren sehr entgegenkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Verblijf in March

Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars, zeer lieve mensen! Uitgebreide uitleg over het appartement en de omgeving. Kleine attentie stond klaar voor onze jarige dochter! De eigenaars wonen op de gelijkvloers wat handig is als je nog vragen hebt. Het appartement is goed van grootte voor een gezin van max 4 (indien de kinderen samen op 1 kamer slapen). Leuk en zeer ruim terras met mooi uitzicht op het zwarte woud. Een beetje jammer dat het toch wel aan een grotere weg gelegen is. De masterbedroom heeft een ruim bed (aparte matrassen) met een boxspring. Ruime badkamer met meer dan voldoende handdoeken. De kinderkamer heeft een rolluik. De rest van het appartement heeft veel lichtinval (inclusief de masterbedroom = wakker worden met het eertse licht s morgens ) Kleine wasmachine aanwezig in de badkamer. Om het appartement te betreden moet je een steil trap naar boven die niet geschikt is voor minder mobiele mensen. De masterbedroom is enkel gescheiden van het woongedeelte door een kamerscherm. Minikeukentje (alles wel aanwezig met degelijk materiaal!), te kleine frigo (t zou beter zijn als er in de woonkamer een grotere frigo geplaatst wordt) Goedwerkende airco aanwezig Mooi en goed verblijf voor een midweekje zwarte woud. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je toch nog een 20 tal km moet rijden om in het typische deel van het Schwarzwaldt te vertoeven.

komplettes und erholsames Ferienhaus

Ein äußerst gastfreundlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber Wolfgang Noth, der seinen Gästen in seinem Ferienhaus jeglichen Komfort geboten hat. Herrlich schöner Ausgangspunkt für Besuche des nur 20 Autominuten entfernten Europaparks, des Breisgaus, Freiburgs, der Aller-Heiligen-Wasserfälle und der Schauinsland-Seilbahn im Schwarzwald. Kein Lärm von Autos oder Flugzeugen. Hier finden Sie Ruhe!

Ein guter Startpunkt für Schwarzwaldwanderungen

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die an langen Sommerabenden zu einem schönen Tagesausklang beim Gläschen Wein einlädt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und die Küche ist umfassend ausgestattet. Insgesamt fanden wir die Lage für die Erkundung des Schwarzwaldes und der umliegenden Winorte und Strausse für unsere Zwecke optimal. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Keine Kulanz bei kurzfristiger Absage in der Nebensaison

Wir hatten das Appartement für 3 Übernachtungen gebucht und im Voraus komplett bezahlt. Leider konnten wir die Reise aus privaten Gründen nicht antreten und mussten kurzfristig (1 Woche vor Antritt) stornieren. Trotz Nebensaison wurde uns 0% Kulanz gewährt und es wurden natürlich auch alle Servicegebühren (inkl. Endreinigung etc.) einbehalten. In Ferienzeiten mit hoher Auslastung kann ich eine solche Politik natürlich verstehen und würde keine negative Kritik schreiben, so aber wäre ein Entgegenkommen zumindest freundlich gewesen.

Gelungener Urlaub

Sehr netter Vermieter! Lage mit Bus, Bahn und Fahrrad gut, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Wir hatten aber auch super Wetter. Freiburg, Schauinsland, Colmar, Tittisee, die Weinberge usw. sind mit dem Deutschlandticket zu erreichen. Colmar kostet Hin- und Rüchfahrt 8€.
