60th Birthday Gathering

My family had a wonderful stay at the K5 Lakehouse for my husband's 60th birthday! We brought our boat and the provided slip was great and made using the boat so convenient. We loved the double decks and spacious kitchen and living areas. We fished off the docks and also enjoyed the provided kayaks. The host was prompt with answering questions and provided pretty much all the info we would need upfront. One thing to note - the bedroom with the bunkbeds does not have a door and has a half wall behind the queen beds that opens down to the stairwell going up to the room. We had planned to put my son's family with two small children in that room but worried the kids would climb on the half wall (as kids tend to climb on everything) and could fall 20 feet or more to the bottom of the stairs. We made it work by putting them in another room with the pack-n-play and moving one of the bunk mattresses into their room. My adult daughter slept there instead. All-in-all we had a great trip, the hosts were wonderful and my husband still says it was his best birthday ever!

A beautiful home with beautiful sunsets!

We met our adult children over the Christmas holiday at this beautiful home and brought our fur babies. There was so much for all of us to do, we loved the amenities -the beds were comfy, a great kitchen to cook all of our and the property provided so many things to keep us entertained. One of my favorite parts of each day was my morning coffee on the deck. And my afternoon wine watching the sunset. We enjoyed fishing, late night games, including pool, ping-pong, and more. The dogs were very safe, and it was a very quiet lakefront home with all the fun of Lake LBJ and Marble Falls. We would love to come back in the summer as well. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home..

Great Lake House

We had a fantastic 6 days at the Lakehouse. There was plenty of room for the 8 people staying. Everything was as described and would certainly stay again the next time we return to the Texas Hill Country.

Family Reunion

We had a fantastic family reunion staying at this property! The house works great for entertaining. It is very spacious and roomy and well planned. The outdoor patio and dock are fun too. The property management was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We look forward to our next visit.

Lake vacay

Overall our trip and time at the property was wonderful. Our only complaint was the gnats that apparently are present in full force during the time we were there. They are seasonal and can not be stopped. The leasing company did their best to help us out and came out for an extra cleaning which we appreciated. We just quickly learned what doors to use and to not go in and out at night. We had a great time and had everything we needed.

Great weekend on Lake LBJ

The property was amazing. We enjoyed the space and the location. The property was well-stocked and well set-up in terms of what we needed to stay from Friday - Monday. The access to the water was amazing. Th elocation is only 15 minutes from Marble Falls, which is very nice as well. We are looking forward to going back.

Incredible family 16th birthday retreat!

I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had at this luxury house on Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals for my daughter's 16th birthday.
