Could not stay there. The smell of the room was awful the rooms were in disrepair. Had to just leave and loss for the night.

The inn is in a rough part of town & the property is unkept with paint missing & the curtains didn’t completely cover the window & the mold was so bad in the entire bathroom that we didn’t shower there. We stayed for 6 hours & left.

Lightbulbs were out. Bathroom door was hideous as well as tub! Shower did not work!! I should have gone elsewhere but limited availability where I needed to be for a wedding.

Good value and location

Pros: Cost and location
Cons: Quality of toiletries. Add a comfortable chair
Location: Old downtown Marble Falls with food, shops and pubs are within a couple blocks. Lake, Blue Bonnet Cafe, Flat Creek Winery restaurant etc.
No frills motel, e.g., basic room, shampoo and lotion in small packets, cheap plastic cups. Cleaner than most in the same category and in good condition. Cable TV, frig and microwave in the room worked well. Slight room smell. Could be a little noisy so ask for a room away from the road.
