We arrived at the hotel, only to find out there’s actually no amenities or facilities open, this wasn’t communicated by Expedia or the hotel, which straight away during the winter months where spa, saunas etc are used heavily due to the colder temperatures ensure this holiday wasn’t relaxing, add to that during the 5 nights we had to change rooms 4 times, the 1st time was due to a link above the bed, the 2nd time was due to the drainage on the bathroom being blocked which meant on arrival the room absolutely stunk, so again the manager was not happy we where moved there and then moved us again, only to a top that was infested with ants, at this stage or relaxing holiday was far from it, to pack and unpack 3 times and now a 4th time was painful, so off we go to the next room, I requested to cancel the next 2 nights but wouldn’t be remboursed they told us, this shouldn’t be happening when paying this kind of money for a stay, the hotel staff where very apologetic but that’s easy when you’ve already paid up front for your stay - this hotel should be investigated
