Spacious, comfortable and well appointed! Beautiful pool and yard and patios. Great location on the gulf with easy access to both Vaca Cut and 7 mile bridge. Clear water. Parrot fish, manatees and lobster under the dock. Plenty of dock space for 2 boats. We brought a 15 ft ski boat and a 28 ft fishing boat. Excellent boat trailer parking in front yard although impossible to make the turn with boat on the trailer due to the sign and mailbox so couldn’t get boat out of water night before departure.
