The staff were helpful and courteous, the property is always clean. Close to SM Light mall, Megamall and Robinson Galleria where you can eat and shop. My only complaint is the construction in the next bldg. It will be a looooong while b4 it gets done but other than that we are pretty satisfied👍

I was put in a room on the 6th floor but wasn't told there is a canteen above my room so I heard a lot of chairs dragging on the floor and people walking above. Then in the morning, there was a lot of construction noise going on outside. Finally, parking is not free, ended up paying 120 pesos even though I had a 120 voucher for parking from the hotel. Room was clean but no soap in dispenser or free toothbrush/bar soap. Will not recommend this Go Hotel location.

person who attended us was nice ,room was worn down ,before in 2017 was like new also it was alot of people around ,but now the mall is gone and less people make it less safe

Property’s location is excellent because it’s close by malls and other areas like mrt station. In terms of housekeeping I’m missing the blanket sheet for my bed as only duvet was available which is quite inconvenient especially the a/c isn’t cold enough and using the duvet is too much/heavy. But otherwise it’s ok with complementary bottles of water inside

this hotel is clean and has very professional staff who are cordial and attentive. However the facilities are in an awkward place and difficult to get to which makes catching a cab very hard. Also the rooms are very small and have no place for you to unpack your suitcase suitcase. I would not stay at it again.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. I just didn't like that they don't have much of appliances inside their room. They only have TV and safe. They don't have hair blower, electric kettle and refrigerator.
