With its underground parking space, swimming pool, pétanque court, tennis court, children's playground, all the conditions are met for a most enjoyable stay. The apartment has a comfortable living room with a good quality 160 cm wide sofa bed to accommodate two additional people, a fully equipped open kitchen. a large bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and storage space overlooking the lake. The bedroom and living room open onto the magnificent terrace, the ideal place for memorable summer evenings with friends or family. The toilets are separate. Amenities include wifi and air conditioning. Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, shower gel bottles and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).
