Cala Murada is a small, cultured resort of the municipality of Manacor in the southeast of Majorca. The highlight of Cala Murada is the local sandy beach (only 700m away), which has been awarded a blue flag and is well protected, making it ideal for families with children and elderlies. There is a beach bar, sun loungers and toilets. In Cala Murada you get the bare minimum, but for larger purchases you better go to the next larger city Manacor. On Thursdays there is a weekly market in Cala Murada, where many interesting local products and beautiful souvenirs are sold.

If you like to visit caves, the "Coves del Drac" and "Coves des Hams" near Porto Cristo are worth a day trip. If you arrive with rental cars they can be parked directly on the plot of the villa, on the driveway, enough space is available.

During a relaxing round in the pool (8m x 4m) you can enjoy the fantastic sea view until the horizon, where heaven and water unite. The practical staircase makes it easier to walk in the pool. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and if you prefer it shady, look for a place under the umbrella or on the covered part of the terrace. Here you can sit together comfortably and spend relaxing barbecues.

The modern interior of the villa is spread over 2 floors, with the communal living area on the ground floor. There is a colorful living room with satellite TV and integrated dining room. Apart from the picture book view you have direct access to the terrace from here. The bright red kitchen is separate from the living area, is practical-functional and fully equipped. Immediately afterwards there is a "laundry room" with washing machine, fridge and freezer. The sleeping area of ​​the villa is on the upper floor. Here you will find sleep in 3 spacious double bedrooms. All are equipped with spacious fitted wardrobes and have access to a large sun terrace with sea views. The master bedroom has a private bathroom en suite and air conditioning. For the other two bedrooms there is a shower room upstairs and another on the ground floor, so all have their own bathroom. All the equipment is tasteful and of high quality, while huge window elements create a great living environment with lots of natural light.
