Fabulous location for walking. Staff were excellent. Hotel is well cared for and clean. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant. You wont feel hungry as the portion are considerable (if a tiny bit pricey)

Set in a most beautiful part of the Malverns, this hotel is quaint and full of charm. The food is excellent and all staff are helpful and welcoming. We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Show and are planning to stay here again next year.

Grand three days in Malvern

The staff are very helpful and pleasant and make you feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a little out of town, however the food in the hotel is excellent and has a wide choice, with a reasonable selection of vegetarian food, so no real requirement to go out. There are some very minor niggles so as no facecloths, or glasses in the bathroom. Also a low power light which can left on to enable you find bathroom in the dark, perhaps more important to the older visitors of the hotel. All in all an excellent hotel
