Privacy concerns! I was half naked in the room when the door was suddenly opened, it was the receptionist saying “you called on the hotel phone to request a phone charger” There was no phone in the room! I never requested anything! The receptionist did not knock on the door, she just opened it!

Outstanding hospitality at this conveniently located IKEA hotel. The hotel located very close to Malmö Central station, making it convenient for long distance and city travels. The rooms are small but cleverly furnished to make one comfortable. Linen and rooms are spotlessly maintained. Front desk staff (Alexandra, Hadia) are always welcoming and helpful. Included breakfast is both healthy and plenty. They even provide packed breakfast should you choose leave early. Stayed here on multiple occasions and will be my first choice at Malmö

Excellent Hotel for a short break in Malmo. The rooms are small but they have everything you need for a short stay. The continental breakfast was superb with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We were initially given a room on the top floor (6th) with the double bed against the wall and the bottom of the bed touching the other wall. This meant that if my husband wanted to use the bathroom in the night, he would either have to climb over me to get out of my side or wake me up to get out so he could then get out. A helpful receptionist showed us the only alternative room which we accepted as although it was also against the wall, there was space at the foot of the bed for him to slide down the bed to exit it from the bottom. Had this configuration of a double room been shown on the website, we would not have booked this hotel. On the plus side, the bed itself was comfortable and the included breakfast was excellent.

It turns out that storing something in the store room is free if you do it at checkin, but costs 30 kr (about 3 Euro or 3 Dollsrs) if you want to do it any other time. I have stayed at several hundred hotels across mostly Europe, and never ever experienced this. Deeply disappointed at this hotel for this. I will probably find another hotel in Malmö for my future stays.

Moment Hotels across the street from Mamö Central station continues to be my only preferred stay location while at Malmö. Clean and functional rooms at reasonable rate, convenient location, friendly and efficient staff, as well as an excellent included breakfast give me no reason to look anywhere else.
