The villa of 130 square metters in two levels, counts with 3 bedrooms and is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. The bedrooms are fitted with 2 single beds and with double bed. There are 3 bathrooms, one with bath (upstaris) and the other 2 with shower cabin.

The whole villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book, surfing on the internet (WIFI), watching television (Satellite TV). There is air conditioning in the whole house.

Sit down and relax; the light filled living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book, surfing on the internetwatch television. The adjoining dining area with its rustic table is the right corner to have a pleasant meal with your friends and family. The independent kitchen offers you everything you may need for preparing your meals: a toaster, coffee machine, gas hob, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There are enough parking spaces in front of the house, on the street.

The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim and relax in the garden area. The porch with a size of 60 m2 is furnished with a wooden table and seats for up to 8 persons. The lawn area measures about 300 m2 and invites you to bask in the sun on one of the sun loungers. The private pool has a size of 8’5 meters x 5 meters. Because the house is located in an urbanization, there are direct neighbors, but the house and its installations are private.

In only 10 minutes by walking distance you will reach the beach of Cala San Vicente. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good restaurants there, with a typical Spanish dishes. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Puerto Pollença with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Formentor and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Pollença, Alcúdia and Can Picafort.
