Well located and spacious
Seven of our family members stayed 8 nights. The location was perfect for a quick walk to grocery store, bakery (every day!) and a variety of restaurants. We walked to the Royal Palace, Cathedral, Grand Via, Plaza Mayor and the World’s Oldest Restaurant Sobrino de Botin (Guinness World Records). A 20 minute Uber ride took us to the train for a 40 minute ride to a day in Toledo.
We all were very happy to return to “our apartment” to rest for dinner and evening strolls. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen met our needs and the living room was perfect for late evening family movies before retiring. Javier was a perfect host and we would love to return some day.

Our first time time to Madrid. The apartment was a great location for walking and taking the metro. The apartment was spacious and accommodating for all 6 of us. Bathrooms for all! Kitchen had plenty of dishes. I will say the furniture in living area could use an update. All and all great place!

The property is fantastic, the location is unbelievable, quiet street right in the middle of everything you want to see. Excellent apartment!!
The location was perfect- safe area, right on gran via for shopping and local restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, had new appliances, A/C, larger rooms than you would typically find and Javier was awesome to work with- professional, very helpful and responsive throughout our summer rental. We would highly recommned this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Madrid!
