Spread over two floors, features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and three comfortable bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds, along with two full bathrooms.

The house is fitted with air conditioning and heating via split units, ensuring comfort year-round, and high-speed WiFi keeps you connected. Natural light fills the house throughout the day, enhancing its warm and airy feel.

Guests can relax on the furnished terraces, the upper terrace includes a dining table for meals or gatherings, while the lower terrace offers a peaceful spot to unwind.

Families will enjoy the small play area for children.

- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units

Sleeping Arrangement:

- Ground Floor Bedroom: Double bed (2 guests)
- First Floor Bedroom 1: Two single beds (2 guests)
- First Floor Bedroom 2: Double bed (2 guests)

Note:
- Access to the first floor requires using a spiral staircase.
- There is a small step at the entrance to the living room.
- Heating and cooling are provided via split units.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
