The service in this hotel it’s outstanding. From the front desk to the house keeping, they work really hard to assist you with any questions that you may have. Keep in mind that this is an ibis budget and the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Finally you are in Lavapies a vibrant and noisy neighborhood, but we did not mind it.

Basic accommodation like other Ibis Budget hotels, check in clerk gave me complimentary upgrade to slightly larger room with window. Vending machines for coffee, juice etc. Breakfast was extra so I did not have it but looked good. Excellent location next to Lavapiés metro station, restaurant /bar, and 24 hour supermarket.

The room was very clean and the staff made up the room daily. They were very helpful in getting me an early checkin specially after a 12 hour flight. Metro is very close by and some noise is perceived but nothing serious. In the surrounding area (streets, etc) does not always have the best smell or clean. But area is safe and close to most tourist spots in Madrid

Clean in a mixed neighborhood close to many shopping facilities and train station. Great staff especially the boys in the afternoon. Only knock on the hotel was the unconventional washroom facilities and lack of fridge in room

Good location, close to the Lavapiés Metro station. What I didn't like was the room distribution; not only was it small, but the layout was inefficient. Also, being on a lower story of the building was not comfortable because you could hear the train, so it was a little noisy, especially early in the morning.

Very friendly staff, nice room with an outside patio, and breakfast was pretty good (I was able to find vegan options). The hotel was noisy, you could hear the subway every few minutes and the towels weren't great. The area is also kind of rough but very close to a subway station which is practical.

Good hotel! Excellent location

Well located hotel. There is a metro station just in front the hotel. Also 15 mins walk to puerta del Sol. The rooms are quite small but really clean. The breakfast is average.

Super clean, excellent staff, great location, and very comfortable beds! Ibis is our new favorite budget hotel! If you are traveling for sightseeing in Madrid, this location is great. There’s a grocery store a couple of doors down, several restaurants, a metro stop, laundry a couple of blocks away, and it’s only about a 15 minute walk to the older touristy areas. We would happily stay here again!

Centrally located hotel. Anywhere from a 10-30 minute walk to major attractions. There is also a metro station close to the hotel. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Staff provided us food recommendations and helped secure a taxi for our last day. I will say that the hotel is in a busy neighborhood. It would be helpful to bring ear plugs. If you're able to, I would also suggest requesting a room that does not face the main street to help with noise. Overall great place to stay. We would stay here again!

Service was great, were able to get our room early. Price was excellent for Madrid in summer. Good aircon. Toilet and shower door was a little flimsy. Room sufficient size, basic but perfectly fine. Towels were very light and not great quality. Location is convenient for walking around Madrid. The square outside at night can be a bit lively and perhaps not the most salubrious area. Overall would recommend for a cheap and cheerful accommodation for short trip to Madrid.

Excelente lugar para estar en el centro de Madrid…. Pero habrá ruido porque hay bares cerca y debéis saber que el baño (regadera y lavamanos NO es completamente privado). Por lo demás muy buena opción !
