Buffets (dinner and breakfast) didn't have great equipment to keep the food warm, but otherwise good (though the multitude of mousse type desserts really all taste the same). Very quiet and comfortable room. Hotel completely ignored my request for info on public transportation and only promoted its linked taxi service which I didn't appreciate.

Wonderful Stay

The staff at the hotel were so friendly, we were invited to a drinks reception for returning guests and we got to talk to many staff members. The breakfast was wonderful. We plan to Reto next year.
