The only good thing about this hotel is the staff in concierge that store bags. I think the lovely gentlemen’s name is Richard. He helped us with our bags to the ferry as our taxi didn’t turn up.
The hotel looks abandoned. It’s a massive property, the checkin staff are rude, speak minimal English and are a waste of time to deal with. They need to learn what professionalism is when dealing with customers. I booked a suite and it was given dirty with ex guests hair in the bathroom.
The room was nice. But it’s a really weird hotel. Quite creepy.
Breakfast was the worst. Stale black coffee, eggs pre made, it was hard to ask to have eggs made with how I wanted it. Mainly Asian food, lack lustre food. Tables not cleaned. So many issues.
Please stay at the Sands or the “The Rocks”, or Harbourview hotel which is 3-4 minutes walk from legends hotel. Their restaurants are much nicer.
