Great place to stay. Clean, quiet insulated rooms with comfortable bed. No problem bringing racing bike to the room. Breakfast was reasonably good, and one night I had pizza for dinner that was also good and convenient. Very helpful staff. Two limitations to this otherwise ideal place: location is not central and rooms are small. These factors contribute to the low cost, but it is best to have transport. Beek / Geleen/ Stein town centres are around 5-6 km away and there are great bike paths.

The room was generally really cold but got hot at sudden times during the night. We could not change the controls. The staff were lovely. The room could have been cleaner - the bed was covered in long hairs every time it was changed. The bathroom was dirty

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms are small but that's what was expected. We were there for 2 nights just to sleep as we visited Belgium and Germany during the day. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Next to the property there is an abandoned building and people where braking windows at night. The smell of carpet in halls is disgusting but the room is ok and clean. Ok to spend the night.
