Within the 10 minutes of checking into and going to my room, my daughter and I both saw multiple roaches. We immediately checked out/asked for defense and left the hotel property. Will not be returning.

Smells like smoke, plastic bag over the smoke detector. Closet door is completely broken off, the bathroom doorframe is broken from the door being busted in, toilet is broken, holes all over the walls. Bedsheet clearly were not changed and had crumbs inside the sheets. Nasty awkward blue sofa chair that was ripped and stained, and seems more like it was a sex chair than anything. NEVER will stay here again, and would ask for a refund so I can go somewhere else. This room should not even be made available to the public.

Room was clean, neighborhood sketchy (6 police cars in the parking lot to check on a break-in at the vacant restaurant next door about 10 pm, and a dog was at home in the lot that night and morning, no owner visible.) I realized in the morning there were no towels, and the front desk didn't have access to towels until housekeeping was to arrive at 10. I found a towel in my gear but couldn't get the water hot enough for a shower. The bathroom towel bars were both missing entirely, as was the toilet paper roller. The light over the sink had been flickering and finally went out, and the switch plate for the bathroom lights was cracked. Door lock had a missing component on the inside, leaving its batteries exposed (it still worked.) Comfortable bed but this room was not ready for a paying customer.

Danny has gone above and beyond with customer service. As far as the General Manager he made my stay a lil inconvenient. He took my payment for the room at 1:30 pm and I left to pick up my children.

My room was supposedly not available. I just took any available room. It was dirty with blood stains. Luckily we weren’t in the room except for the 5 hours we tried to sleep and eventually left.

It did not have a safe feel, the trash was piled up and had so many flies that swarmed the stairs. The shower didn’t even have a knob to pull it to turn it on, they left someone used soap in the room, the hair dryer didn’t work, there was a single towel in the room. The toilet ran non-stop.

The room was NOT like the photos. It was dirty and nasty. I reserved a king size bed for my husband and I. We were given two fulls (we can’t even sleep together on a full) the bath room as nasty it smelt disgusting, the trash had puke residue in it, the chairs and the beds were stained with god knows what there was only one face cloth (no towels at all) we could not stay in there and had to book another hotel. The photos on their site is a lie looks nothing like that. Stay clear it’s gross and nasty.

Horrible walked in and walked right out and asked for a refund. Smoke detector was broken, exposed nails on the walls, wires exposed on the door handle, toilet was used and filled with feces and we didn’t even use it. The air was heavy and nasty bed was stained.

I'm surprised this place is even on hotels.com. The ratings there are a lie. There was dried blood on my pillow, someone's hair on the bathroom floor. Every time I flushed the toilet, water spewed out the back. I saw multiple roaches. I've been trying to get my money back for over a week and trying to get in touch with someone at the property is a joke. The number connected will get you corporate and even they can't get anyone to answer the phone. The manager said he checks his email multiple times a day, not true. This property is horrible and do not stay here.
