The waffles at breakfast were a blackish-brown color and watery. The eggs were decent and the fruit was fresh. The young lady checking us in needs training in talking to elderly people with trouble hearing. She did not bother standing up to speak face to face so my mother could better understand what she was being asked. The woman attending the lobby counter during breakfast was very loudly scolding someone on the phone (NOT exaggerating)! The elevator floor was dirty and sticky and the table just outside of the elevator on the floor we stayed on was thick with dust. Our bathroom was clean as well as the room we stayed in.

The room and service was great. The only thing was the elevator was VERY noisy and the walls of the elevator shook. I didn’t take the elevator but once during my stay. The breakfast was good and I was very happy with the room
