Step inside to eight air-conditioned bedrooms and private/shared bathrooms: windmill double en-suite; ground floor a double and 2 twins, all en-suite; first floor four more (a double and a twin, both en-suite, and two low-ceiling twins with sharing ground floor bathroom). *The low ceiling bedrooms are more suitable for children or people who are not very tall because the ceiling is lower on one side. The bathroom shared by these rooms is on the ground floor, at the bottom of the stairs.

Extremely private villa with lots of activities!
Seashell rentals were very easy to deal with.
The villa itself was perfect for a group of 12. The pool has incredible views and the house was well equipped. There is a tennis court, table tennis and a pool table which gave us hours of entertainment. I would highly recommend this villa.
A hire car isn't actually necessary as Ubers were very easy and cheap ~15-22 euros to Villamoura/Albufeira

Nice villa
Good sized villa, with lots of rooms and space for big groups. A little disappointed that the pool was not heated. Besides of that it was a pity that weather conditions were not that good. But overall we had pleasant vacation.

Location à recommander. Endroit superbe et bien aménagé pour de grands groupes. Tout confort. Beaucoup de possibilités pour les enfants. Salle de jeu et terrain de sports au top. Les piscines sont merveilleuses.
Inconvenients : en hiver les séjours et salle à manger ne sont pas chauffés.
La cuisine est pratique et très bien équipée mais, pour nous, il manque un presse agrumes grande capacité ainsi qu'un percolateur. A part nos soucis d'eau et d'eau chaude il n'y a rien à redire.
