Lovely villa in the most perfect location. Everything you want is 5 mins by car. The villa itself is getting a little tired and needs some tlc but is nice and big with everything you need. You can't park a car on the drive. It's too small but can easily park outside. The cul de sac is secure and has some lovely big villas in it. It can be very peaceful except when the dogs start barking. Each of the other villas seem to have a dog for security/pet and when one starts barking it sets them all off and it's very noisy. This can be at any time of day and night! Management company very good and the cleaner was very thorough. Had a very nice week there.

Villa is in a quiet residential area, only drawback was constantly barking dogs. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glassware and crockery. Cleaning service and change of towels half way through the week was appreciated. 7 Sunbeds was good, but they were a bit grubby. Usually I would expect some bits like a new dish cloth, salt and pepper etc, but non were included. On enquiring to the agent, I was told they weren't listed so I shouldn't have expected them. Bed

The property was really good clean nice pool and situation. The one problem was the barking dogs at night we found it hard to get much sleep. Five of the six villas around us all had dogs some more than one. We are respectful towards other people its a shame the neighbours could not show a bit of respect back.A lovely villa to stay in but holiday ruined by continuos barking mainly at night when the dogs were let out.Speaking to one neighbour about the problem just said we live here and we have double glazing.She just did not care.

Fantastic villa in a brilliant location

We had 5 of us stay here for 7 nights, and we had the best time. The villa is in a brilliant location, around a 15 minute walk to the marina, and even closer to shops. Communication with the hosts was instant, and the check in and check out process was as smooth as you could ask. The pool is a great size, and the facilities in this villa are equally as great. We would recommend this villa to both family getaways and also groups of friends, it was a pleasure staying in this villa.

Fabulous villa, exactly as described, great for a family holiday. We really enjoyed our stay.The only slight negative was the check out. Billed as 10am, the cleaners and gardener started to arrive from 9.10am. Gardener started working in the garden at 9.40 and we felt very pressurised to leave asap. Other than that, highly recommended.

Stayed 1st week in June We loved our stay in this beautiful villa. Great location for walking to Villamoura or Quarteira and if you didnt want to walk taxis were about 4 euros into town. Located in a quiet area with a beautiful pool and BBQ although the BBQ needs a bit of attention we had a great family weeks holiday and would certainly reccommend. The only downside was there are a few dog's in the neighbouring villas which were annoying once they started barking but they didnt spoil our stay.

Perfect location for relaxed get away

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house has everything it needs for a relaxed holiday. The garden & pool are very cozy, the kitchen equipment are overall well equipped though somewhat older. Vilamoura & Quartiera Centers can both be reached easily and the neighbourhood is very clean & calm.

Lovely house

The house is wonderful in a nice area. But in Portugal it seems to be a habit that everyone has at least one dog. They are kept outside all the time and the bark 24/7 - which can be a bit annoying. Besides that I wish the beds in the ground-floor had been some more comfortable - they were too short and narrow. I could also have wanted a proper nonsticky fryingpan. It was nice and warm there when we stayed, so we have no experiences with the heating.

Wonderful stay in lovely villa.

Really good location for restaurants, golf, bars etc. Great villa and large, beautiful pool. 2 double beds downstairs are not massive but are comfy. The bedroom upstairs is great. Large bed and good en suite. Uber was excellent in the area too - so easy to get around a bit further if needed.

Our holiday is over ☹️

One of the best equipped villas we ever stayed in! Plenty of plates , bowls, cutlery, glasses …. The outside could do with a bit of tlc- sunbeds were at end of their life ( if not broken yet), outside tables and chairs cheap white plastic. Pool on other hand was great! Walking distance from shop and marina with lots of nice restaurants. Lots of lovely beaches within 30 min driving distance. Letting agency quick to react on any question! We enjoyed it.

Great break 1st week July

Villa perfect and great size for 6 people. Walk to marina about 25 mins and 15 to the supermarket which is fine however feels long way uphill in 30 degree heat ! Pool good size and perfect temperature. In lovely cul-de-sac however barking dogs were a bit annoying when they all start each other off. Would return.

Great villa

Had a lovely week. The villa was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Excellent pool with a good deep end and outside space was great with plenty of sunbeds. Slight downside was that it was a 20/25 minute walk to the Marina which is doable but not so much in the heat. Overall an excellent stay.

Great stay, the villa and outside area/ pool were all very clean. We had everything we needed and it was a short (10 minute walk to the shop) Yes there were some dogs barking at times but it didnt bother us or wake our 2 children. Would definitely return and recommend

Incredible stay in beautiful, centrally located villa

We came to Portugal to celebrate our 40th birthdays on a mothers and daughters trip. The Villa was beautifully maintained and so spacious for 5 adults. The interior is fantastic and so well equipped but what truly makes it is the incredible pool with plentiful lounges and furniture for everyone and a bbq for evening meals. The Villa is so well located for nearby beaches and the marina area for evening meals and drinks. The communication from Paulo was so helpful and efficient both pre departure and during our stay. Would highly recommend the Villa to anyone.

Perfekt house, if not.....

Everything was perfect, but the barking of the dogs in the neighborhood is terror. You cannot sit outside, because all the dogs in the gardens around the house including the straying dogs are barking day and night.

Wonderfull House on a cul de sac

This is wonderful house. The pool, outdoor grill, and property are well maintained. The host / rental agency was very easy to communicate with. The bedrooms are very nice, especially the master bedroom upstairs. The house is clean and has good amenities. The dogs in the neighbor's yards can be loud, but it did not bother us much. We loved our stay and would certainly come back.

Excelente estadia. O único aspeto menos positivo é o número de cães nas redondezas, que pertubam por vezes o sossego. Mas, ainda assim, nada que diminua seriamente a satisfação com a opção.
